Leslie Kirchoff  M.A. C.C.C. SLP graduated from Central Michigan University in 1981 with a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech - Language and Hearing Association and is licensed in the State of California.  

Leslie has had more than 30 years of experience working in the field of speech - language pathology serving children and adults with various communication disorders in hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health and schools. She was the owner of a private practice, Ameri-Corp Speech and Hearing for over 18 years.

Leslie has experienced both sides of the special education system as a parent and professional. She founded in 1997 which provides free special education information and support for parents and professionals online. She started offering online continuing education courses to help fund in 2000 through her private practice, Ameri-Corp Speech and Hearing.  Later she launched  She is the President of and has also authored the following courses: HIV/AIDS Myths and Facts; Ethics in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology; and Prevention of Medical Errors in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
